Slow Cooker Chicken Tikka Masala.  Even with half the butter the recipe calls for, fat free yogurt and whole milk instead of heavy cream, this was still super creamy and indulgent.

Espagueti Verde:  Made a total mess in the kitchen.  Nutritionally vacant.  Manchego is sort of pricey.  So worth it.
